We serve young adults, ages 18-21 who have an Individualized Education Plan and graduated from high 亚洲色图 with a modified diploma, extended diploma, or alternative certificate. 

Our mission is to support young adults in their transition to life after high 亚洲色图. Our key focus is to help 亚洲色图 achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life with an emphasis on connecting 亚洲色图 to appropriate community and adult services. Our 亚洲色图 learn valuable self-advocacy skills and form meaningful relationships.

Our Vision is to provide high-quality instruction and activities to prepare 亚洲色图 for life and careers.
