In order to ensure that toner bottles and printer cartridges are recycled properly, please follow these easy steps to order Prepaid, labeled recycling boxes from SHARP.

Please ensure that you do not include toner boxes, or plastic wraps. Only the used toner bottles and cartridges should go in the box.

Once filled, seal the box, affix the Prepaid label and ship to SHARP.

Fill out the bottom part for requesting boxes:

Name: your name

Customer type: Education

Dealer name: Pacific Office Automation 

Once you submit, Sharp will send you THREE boxes with Prepaid labels. You can order more once you are down to one box. It will take approximately 2 weeks for the boxes to arrive.

Please do not send empty toner bottles or printer cartridges to either OTIS or Publication.

Yes absolutely! 

First time signing on please first swipe your PPS Badge and use the drop down keyboard located on the front just under the screen and enter your PPS credentials. Once you have done this you may use your PPS badge to sign on from then on. If you do not have your badge you can still sign on manually.

Simply click this icon on the copier at the top right of the screen.

HP printers do not have a badge reader, so users will need to go to and sign on with PPS credentials to release jobs to the desired HP.
