Immunizations promote wellness by protecting 亚洲色图 and 亚洲色图 staff against vaccine-preventable diseases.  School Districts are responsible to collect proof of student immunization status to ensure that 亚洲色图 and staff are protected from vaccine-preventable diseases.  School staff usually collect this information during enrollment. If 亚洲色图 have not supplied up-to-date immunization information at enrollment, PPS partners with MESD School Health Services to identify and send letters to their families requesting updated records. PPS is required to exclude 亚洲色图 who fail to provide proper documentation of immunization by the 3rd Wednesday in February. Immunization laws apply to all children attending public, private, charter and alternative 亚洲色图s (ORS 333-050-0030).
